Srill a five star! We have been working with whiting law for over 10 years now, and they will and do fight for you! They changed our lives forever and never gave up. Even through the law change when everyone was so lost and scared, they fought even harder for us. They never give up!!!! I was taken back when I seen some of the reviews, we have worked with Jennifer since she has been there and she always calls us back, anytime we leave a message she responds within a day if not the same day. Phone calls are returned the next day, however if you e.mail her she responds right away. We have not always been the easiest clients and Jennifer has had nothing except patience with us. I'm sorry to hear others have had bad experiences all I can say is everyone has a bad day every now and then, we absolutely adore her she works diligently and professionally for us and we are so grateful to her. I was a bit hesitant because I was located in New York and felt maybe it was easier to go thru a local lawyer instead. But I read the reviews and took a leap of faith. I have been in the SSDI process for 2 years and I was assigned Ms. Jennifer McGregor. She was able to retrieve all my medical paperwork and made sure I kept up with my medical visits on a regular basis. At first I was denied and I was able to appeal the decision. Then 2 years later when I had my hearing, Mr Korby flew to NY from Michigan to represent me. He was very prepared and knew my case well. I was able to win my case thanks to the Whiting Law Firm. Just a note of thanks to Whiting Law. (Most especially Jessica Klemmer for whom I hold in high regard.) When I first called you, after having choked in front of the ALJ, I felt like a leaf in the wind. Turns out..that call was my saving grace, my case was accepted and my file given over to Ms. Klemmer who was admirable in shepherding me through a complicated and often confusing process. Her kindness and empathy in restoring my self confidence and preparing me to face the ALJ a second time cannot be understated. Furthermore when SSI/SSDI wasn't processing my back pay she slid her iron fist into a velvet glove and firmly but respectfully prodded the system into releasing my funds. She's been invaluable and with me as a loyal ally all the way.

I met Paul approximately two years ago. The first thing that impressed me: he was extremely personable. He talked to me and not at me like some attorneys I've met. The second thing that impressed me was his genuine passion for personal injury law and fighting for the working man (or woman). He strikes me as someone who truly cares about the people he represents and doesn't look at them as a paycheck. Although it doesn't have to do with his abilities as a lawyer, the other thing I like about Paul - he too is a family man. When we got talking about our respective families his face lit up when he talked about his wife and little boy. Without hesitation I would recommend Paul to anyone in need.

They truly know how to care for there clients! I would recommend them to anyone . Stephen hardy is who I mostly delt with, and he was great! Love this law firm !
